Simply put together your personal AOK health package and receive a subsidy of up to €500 per year for health and preventive services.
The subsidy is divided into two components:
1. Up to €218 for individually selectable services
- Sport (e.g. for a fitness monitor up to €50 or swimming lessons up to €90)
- Family health (e.g. for additional services for pregnant women up to €100 or baby swimming up to €90)
- Health services (e.g. for professional teeth cleaning up to €50 or acupuncture up to €40)

- Compact preventive services away from home (€112)
Sport
Subsidy for fitness tracking devices, swimming courses, eHealth services and more.
Digital fitness tracking devices
We contribute to the cost of devices for measuring exercise intensity. These include smartwatches, heart rate monitors, fitness trackers and other digital fitness tracking devices for documenting your training.

Swimming lessons
You can learn to swim at any age and feel safe when participating in activities in and around water.

eHealth services and digital sports courses
Stay active at home or on the go: we contribute to the costs of sports apps, online fitness portals and online courses for digital training support.

Sports mouth guards
Protect yourself from dental injuries while playing sports. We contribute to the purchase costs through a contracted dentist.

Sports medical examination
Have your health checked by a sports physician to ensure safe training and receive a subsidy towards the costs.
- Who is eligible: all AOK policyholders
- How often: every 2 calendar years
- How much: €75 for the basic check-up and €150 for the performance check-up
Sports club membership fee
Exercise is good for you. That's why we pay a subsidy towards the membership fees for children and young people in sports clubs.

Entry fees for sporting events
Participation in sporting events often requires the payment of an entry fee. For events organised in cooperation with AOK Nordost, we contribute to the cost of the entry fee.

Family health
Subsidy for additional services for pregnant women, baby swimming, on-call midwives and partner accompaniment to antenatal classes
Individual services for pregnant women
In addition to the statutory preventive care services, many expectant mothers would like to take advantage of other services that are subject to a fee. We contribute to the costs, for example: toxoplasmosis and triple tests, first trimester screening (nuchal translucency measurement) or breastfeeding advice. (All preventive care services).

Baby swimming
Would you like to introduce your child to the joys of water at an early age? We will subsidise your baby swimming course.

On-call midwife service
Feeling safe is particularly important around the time of birth. From the 37th week of pregnancy onwards, AOK Nordost contributes to the costs of on-call midwives.

- How much: up to €240 (As soon as the midwife on-call service is used, the budget for eligible healthcare services increases to €240 instead of €218.)
Partner accompaniment to antenatal classes
Preparing for childbirth together: AOK Nordost contributes to the costs of antenatal classes with partner attendance, which are conducted by a registered midwife.

Subsidy for professional teeth cleaning, osteopathy, natural medicine and vaccinations
Professional teeth cleaning and fillings
Keep your mouth healthy with dental prophylaxis. We contribute to the costs of professional teeth cleaning, smooth surface sealing, medically necessary filling therapy or twilight sleep for wisdom tooth removal.

Osteopathy
In addition to traditional physiotherapy, osteopathic treatment can be helpful in alleviating musculoskeletal complaints. With a prescription from a contracted doctor and treatment by a certified osteopath, we will contribute to the costs.

Natural remedies
To support holistic recovery, we contribute to the cost of natural medicines from the pharmacy that have been prescribed by a contracted doctor.

We contribute to the costs of your acupuncture treatment for allergies and migraines or kinesiological taping.

Health courses
Everyone can do something to live a healthy life – in all areas of life. How much exercise do we get? How high is our stress level? What do we eat? AOK Nordost supports many courses that help with all these questions. You can use the subsidy for a certified yoga or Pilates course, for example.
- For whom: AOK policyholders aged 6 and above
- How often: up to 2 courses per calendar year
- How much: up to €170 in total
Compact preventive programmes away from home
Are you unable to attend health courses in your area on a regular basis? Take advantage of our subsidy for participating in remote preventive compact programmes.
- Who: AOK policyholders aged 6 and above
- How often: for a maximum of 7 days per calendar year
- How much: up to €112 in total (max. €16 per day of treatment) for travel expenses, accommodation and meals
